How do you do a Tabata? It only takes 4 minutes... It's 20 seconds of work... 10 seconds of rest... for 8 rounds. Pick an exercise like running sprints, box jumps, kettlebell swings, air jacks, squat jumps, etc. Watch the above video clip for a demonstration.
